Noverali is not an optometry clinic, ophthalmology practice, emergency service, or healthcare provider. Our ready-made eyewear is not a substitute for an eye examination, professional diagnosis, or individually prescribed corrective lenses.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return authorization must be requested before sending any product. The authorized return location and instructions will be supplied by email.

No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

Unless the product is defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
