This page explains withdrawal or cooling-off rights that may apply to online purchases under mandatory consumer law.
Noverali separately offers a 30-day commercial return period for eligible products. Where a mandatory local right provides additional protection, that protection remains available.

2. Customers Covered by a Mandatory Withdrawal Right
Certain countries and regions provide consumers with a legal cooling-off period for online or distance purchases.
Where such a law applies, you may withdraw from an eligible purchase without giving a reason within the legally required period.
For customers covered by a 14-day statutory withdrawal period, the period normally begins when the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If an order contains multiple products delivered separately, the period may begin when the final eligible item is received, where required by applicable law.
3. Noverali’s Thirty-Day Commercial Period
Noverali accepts eligible return requests within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery.
Accordingly, customers with a 14-day statutory withdrawal period may normally submit their request within Noverali’s broader 30-day commercial return period.
Mandatory rights cannot be reduced by this policy.
4. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise a withdrawal right, send a clear statement to:

- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Email address used during checkout.
- Product concerned.
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but its use is not mandatory.
The notice must be sent before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
5. Return Authorization and Address
After receiving the withdrawal notice, Noverali will provide return instructions.
The return address may depend on the product and logistics route and will be supplied by email.
Do not send products to the legal business address or another address found online without written authorization.
6. Returning the Products
Where a 14-day statutory return period following withdrawal applies, the customer should dispatch the products within 14 days after notifying Noverali, unless a different mandatory period applies.
Use appropriate packaging and retain tracking and proof of shipment.
7. Product Condition and Reasonable Inspection
You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to understand its nature, characteristics, appearance, and basic functioning.
Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when inspecting a product in a physical store.
Trying on glasses carefully does not by itself constitute extended use.
Scratches, alteration, prolonged wear, missing components, improper cleaning, or customer-caused damage may affect the refund where legally permitted.
8. Return Shipping Costs
For a change-of-mind withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is generally the customer’s responsibility unless:
- Noverali agreed to pay it.
- The product is defective or incorrect.
- We failed to provide information required by applicable law.
- Applicable law requires Noverali to bear the cost.
Use a reasonably priced and trackable shipping method.
9. Refund Following Withdrawal
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, eligible payments will be reimbursed according to the time and method required by applicable law.
The refund will generally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Where legally permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until:
- The returned goods are received; or
- The customer supplies adequate evidence that the goods were dispatched,
whichever occurs first.
10. Original Delivery Costs
Where mandatory withdrawal law requires it, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order will be reimbursed.
Any additional amount paid for express, premium, or upgraded delivery may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
11. Exceptions
A statutory withdrawal right may not apply to certain categories of products or transactions identified by local law.
Any exception will be applied only where legally valid and relevant to the product purchased.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to defective, incorrect, unsafe, or non-conforming goods.
12. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
Withdrawal rights are separate from rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.
When an item is defective, incorrect, damaged, or materially different from its description, contact support@noverali.com and provide photographs or other reasonable evidence.
An appropriate repair, replacement, refund, price reduction, or other remedy will be provided where required.
13. Customers Without a Statutory Withdrawal Right
Where no mandatory withdrawal right applies, the standard Noverali Return and Refund Policy governs change-of-mind returns.
Eligible return requests may still be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
