These Terms of Service govern access to noverali.com and purchases from Noverali, a trading name operated by GFL DIGITAL LLC.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Return authorization is required.

The correct return location will be provided by email. Products must not be sent to the administrative business address unless specifically authorized.

No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

We cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment begins.

All Noverali branding, website content, layout, graphics, photographs, videos, written materials, and design elements are owned by or licensed to GFL DIGITAL LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes.

Commercial reproduction, resale, scraping, republication, or creation of derivative materials without authorization is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the country or region where that consumer resides.

25. Disputes

Contact support@noverali.com first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from contacting an appropriate consumer-protection authority, privacy authority, payment provider, or court where permitted by mandatory law.

26. Severability

If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

27. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

28. Changes

We may update these Terms for future use of the website.

The updated version will be published on noverali.com with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under an accepted order.
