This Shipping Policy explains order processing, worldwide delivery, transit estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, customs procedures, delays, failed deliveries, and lost or damaged shipments.

Noverali offers international delivery to destinations supported by our checkout, carriers, suppliers, and fulfillment network.

• Import restrictions.
• Sanctions or export-control requirements.
• Remote-area limitations.
• Temporary service suspensions.
• Product-specific transportation restrictions.
• Unacceptable fraud or delivery risk.

Available delivery methods will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

Noverali offers free standard worldwide delivery where this option is displayed on the website or at checkout.

Where a shipping charge, express-delivery charge, remote-area fee, or other delivery cost applies, it will be displayed before payment.

Promotional shipping offers may be modified or withdrawn for future orders.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment authorization.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Processing may take longer because of:

• High order volume.
• Address verification.
• Payment or fraud review.
• Product availability.
• Customer-requested changes.
• Customs documentation.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Remote or extended-delivery destinations

Express delivery

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Tracking may take several business days to display movement after the shipment is created.

International orders may be transferred between carriers. The final-mile carrier may use a different tracking system or reference number.

7. Split Shipments

Products in the same order may be shipped separately because of:

• Different fulfillment locations.
• Product availability.
• Package size or weight.
• Faster delivery routing.
• Customs or carrier requirements.

You may receive more than one tracking number. A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.

8. Delivery Address

Noverali is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional expenses caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an address problem, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs where permitted by law.

Refunds for returned packages will be handled after the package is received and reviewed, subject to actual shipping, return, customs, and handling costs that may legally be deducted.

10. Customs, Taxes, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to:

• Import duties.
• Value-added tax.
• Sales or consumption tax.
• Customs handling charges.
• Brokerage fees.
• Postal administration fees.
• Local government charges.

Where these amounts are not collected at checkout, they are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Noverali cannot control how a local authority assesses an import charge or how long customs processing takes.

Customers are responsible for verifying that products may legally be imported into their destination.

11. Customs Delays

Customs authorities may inspect, hold, release, or request additional information for an international package.

A customs delay is outside Noverali’s direct control and does not automatically mean that the shipment has been lost.

We will provide available shipment information to help resolve a customs inquiry.

12. Delivery Attempts and Collection

Carriers may:

• Leave a package in a safe location.
• Deliver to a reception desk or authorized person.
• Deliver to a collection point.
• Make multiple delivery attempts.
• Request identification or a signature.
• Require the recipient to contact the local carrier.

Customers are responsible for reviewing tracking updates and collecting the package before the carrier’s deadline.

13. Packages Marked Delivered

When tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located:

1. Confirm that the address in the order is correct.
2. Check entrances, mail areas, safe locations, reception desks, and parcel lockers.
3. Ask household members, building staff, or neighbors.
4. Contact the local delivery carrier.
5. Notify support@noverali.com promptly, preferably within seven days.

We will review available tracking and delivery information. A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund decision is made.

14. Delayed Shipments

Delays may result from:

• Customs processing.
• Weather or natural disasters.
• Carrier congestion.
• Public holidays.
• Strikes or transportation interruptions.
• Remote-area routing.
• Security checks.
• Government restrictions.
• Incorrect addresses.
• Events beyond reasonable commercial control.

A delay within or slightly beyond the estimate does not automatically qualify the order as lost.

Contact us when tracking has not updated for an extended period or the shipment is materially beyond the applicable delivery estimate.

15. Lost Shipments

A shipment may be investigated as potentially lost when:

• It is materially beyond the estimated delivery window.
• Tracking has shown no meaningful movement for an extended period.
• The carrier confirms that the shipment cannot be located.
• The package is returned or declared lost by the logistics provider.

Depending on the investigation, available solutions may include replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy required by law.

16. Damaged Packages

If a product arrives damaged, contact support@noverali.com preferably within seven calendar days.

Provide photographs of:

• The outer package.
• The shipping label.
• Internal packaging.
• The damaged product.
• Any affected accessories.

Keep the packaging until the case has been reviewed.

17. Refused, Unclaimed, or Abandoned Deliveries

A customer should not refuse delivery without contacting Noverali.

A package may be returned or abandoned when:

• The recipient refuses it.
• Customs charges are not paid.
• The package is not collected.
• Delivery attempts fail.
• Required information is not supplied.
• The address is incorrect.

Any refund will be assessed after the package is recovered or its status is confirmed. Actual non-refundable logistics or customs costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

18. Ownership and Delivery Risk

Responsibility for the package transfers in accordance with applicable law.

Where consumer law requires Noverali to remain responsible until physical delivery to the customer or an authorized recipient, that rule will apply.
